Today is World Earth Day 2022.

We are caught between a rock and a hard place, as the generation before us used to say when things were a little turbulent and difficult decisions had to be made.

We have survived a most terrible pandemic and witness unjustifiable wars taking place internationally which have the most unhumane consequences. It is however neither one of these two topics which is directly responsible for the ‘rock’ or the ‘hard place’ but instead, the ignorance and selfish way of human life.

For generations, ages, years and years people have been merely taking what they want from this most beautiful planet we live on without ever considering the limits of natural resources, the lives, emotions and physical being of animals and trees. People are killing our planet for the sake of their own convenience, littering the ocean, slaughtering our forests, torturing animals, stealing our oxygen, polluting our soil and, you won’t believe it, but brainwashing the ones amongst us to believe that all is well with exploiting the gift of Eden

My wish is that you will all grow up into healthy, confident and steadfast adults who not only notice these severe problems we are facing, but who actively step up to make a change, be a voice for the voiceless and try to fix the chaos, I regret to say, we inherited and will sadly leave to you.

Today, 22 April 2022, so many people are being made aware of these challenges but I am afraid one day per year with this aim is not enough – the soul purpose of this day needs to be engraved in our daily lives, into the active plans of strong leaders and into policies around the world.

We realize that we leave you with perhaps one of the greatest human challenges man has ever had but we, your parents, are here start the foundation of this project in such a way that you will succeed to live in harmony with Mother nature in the future.

Let’s get this show on the road guys and girls – we have faith in you!!
